Dr. Ayotunde Frank Adekoya, PharmD, CDE
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Ayotunde Frank Adekoya obtained his first degree in biochemistry from the prestigious University of Ibadan in 1984. He worked briefly with DHL International Nig. Ltd between 1985 and 1989 as sales executive in Lagos and station manager in Port harcourt, Nigeria.

He proceeded to the United States Of America in 1989, where he attended the University Of Maryland School of Pharmacy, and obtained his Doctor Of Pharmacy degree in 1996. Dr. Adekoya started his professional pharmacy career with Rite-Aid Pharmacy Inc. USA as a Pharmacy manager where he was responsible for the management of pharmacy operations, sales and budgeting and personnel management.

In 1998, Dr. Adekoya joined the staff of Washington Hospital Center, Washington D.C as a Clinical Pharmacist, responsible for providing excellent pharmaceutical care and medication therapy management.

In 2002, he proceeded to the United Medical Center, Washington D.C (former Greater South East Community Hospital) as the Clinical Manager for the Pharmacy department, responsible for developing and co-ordinating various clinical programs, providing in-service education on pharmacotherapy, and drug information consults to medical and nursing staff.

Over the years, Dr. Adekoya has served as an adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and Howard University School of Pharmacy, USA. He is a Certified Diabetes Educator and a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators(AADE), Nigerian Association of Pharmacists and Pharmaceitical scientists in the Americas (NAPPSA), Pharmacists Society of Nigeria (PSN) etc.

Dr. Adekoya is a Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria(PCN), Maryland State board of Pharmacy, USA, Virginia State board of Pharmacy, USA, and District of Columbia board of Pharmacy, USA.

Taiwo O. A. Ogunbodede [Esq.] has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cross and Churchill Estates Limited since inception. He also provides executive leadership for the Cross & Churchill Group as the Group Chief Executive Officer of the specialized and diversified entity comprising of Cross and Churchill Estates Limited, Cross and Churchill Realtors Limited and Cedar Oaks Dry-Cleaning Limited.

He is a consummate lawyer and had gathered about a decade hands-on-experience in the financial services industry before establishing Cross and Churchill Realtors Limited in 2007.

Taiwo has nearly 14 years of rich and robust legal and realty expertise. He previously worked at Zenith Bank Plc, Oceanic Bank Plc (now Ecobank Plc), Wema Bank Plc and Magnum Trust Bank Plc (now Sterling Bank Plc). He possesses specialist competencies in real estate development and practice, trust and general trusteeship functions. He has immense interest in the realty enterprise and has tenaciously followed global trends and development in that sector. Taiwo is a fervent entrepreneur and ardent promoter of businesses.

He was educated at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria where he bagged the Bachelor of Laws, [LL.B (Hons.)] Degree. He is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has attended cognate courses in real estate and other endeavours at world renowned institutions including the Lagos Business School, Harvard Business School and the Harvard Graduate School of Design. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Nigeria (REDAN). He is a proficient manager and motivator of men, a visionary leader and a creative mind. He is happily married with children.
